Shotgun Requirements
Please do not assign starting hole numbers to your group without first calling the Pro Shop. The size of your group on that day will determine the number of holes you will be assigned.
Shotgun start requirements:
The maximum amount of golfers is 128 due to limited carts. If your group will be larger, you will need to make prior arrangements with the pro shop. If we must rent carts, you will be billed for the actual cost of the rental, delivery, and pickup. Please be aware that rental carts are not always available especially in the busier golf months.
Reverse Shotguns:
Fridays:
- 10:00 start ONLY – 60 maximum – $5 per person non-refundable deposit within (2) weeks of booking.
Saturdays:
- No Later than 9:00 Start – $5 per person non-refundable deposit within (2) weeks of booking.
Full Shotguns:
Fridays:
- *8:00 start – 128 minimum – $5 per person non-refundable deposit within (2) weeks of booking – Pay for 120 (1) week prior to the event minus the deposit. The balance is due 1/2 hour before the shotgun starts.
- 1:00 start – 128 minimum – If there is a morning SG already booked, then no minimum. $5 per person non-refundable deposit within (2) weeks of booking – Pay for at least 128 (1) week prior to the event minus the deposit. The balance is due 1/2 hour before the shotgun starts.
Saturdays:
- *8:00 start – 100 minimum – $5 per person non-refundable deposit within (2) weeks of booking – Pay for at least 100 (1) week prior to the event minus the deposit. The balance is due 1/2 hour before the shotgun starts.
- 1:00 start – 128 minimum – If there is a morning SG already booked, then no minimum. $600 non-refundable deposit within (2) weeks of booking – Pay for 128 (1) week prior to the event minus the deposit. The balance is due 1/2 hour before the shotgun starts.
*April – May: 8:30am
*June – Mid-Aug: 8:00am
*Late Aug – Sept: 8:30am
*Oct: 9:30am
Room Rental
All rates are based on time.
- Golf Outings: 8 hours
- Banquets Only: 4 hours
All payments are by CASH or CHECK only!
The following rooms are available for rental. Each room lists the most people it can hold not including buffet, gift, or cake tables. If you have any questions about the rooms, please contact us and we will help you make the best choice for your group.
- Buffet Table Room
- Mirror Room (up to 50 people)
- Golfview Room (up to 60 people)
- Parties of 100+ (both rooms plus Buffet Table Room)
Prices include tables and chairs only. You will be responsible for set up and clean up of the room(s). Tablecloths (8’ round tables) are not provided but are required. Our tables have a plastic liner already on them which should not be thrown away. You are also responsible for cleaning up the room, wiping the tables, and taking out the garbage. We can do set up or clean up for an additional fee.

Caterers will have access to deep sinks in laundry room.
Golf Package Buffets
- Victory Buffet: Choose 3 Entrees, 2 Sides, 1 Salad
- Birdie Buffet: Choose 2 Entrees, 2 Sides, 1 Salad

Steak Dinner: Charbroiled 12oz strip steak – baked potato w/butter or sour cream – green beans – tossed salad – bread – coffee, tea, soft drinks
Draft Beer may be added to a package for a fee. All prices include 7% sales tax and 20% service charge.
A La Carte:
- Coffee Service (8-8oz cups): Includes cream, sugar, hot water, tea bags

You may bring your own cake but a plating fee will apply.
